År 2018 erhöll Fire Protection Solutions Group utmärkelsen Fair Company för första gången, som hedrar företagets insatser för att tillhandahålla utbildning för unga brandsäkerhetsspecialister. Företag med detta sigill har åtagit sig att agera i enlighet med riktlinjerna för Fair Company-utmärkelsen.
År 2019 erhöll Fire Protection Solutions Group utmärkelsen Top Company från Kununu, en webbplats som betygsätter arbetsgivare. För att kvalificera sig för denna utmärkelse måste företag erhålla minst sex omdömen från tidigare anställda med ett lägsta betyg på tre poäng.
Efter att ha uppfyllt alla krav erhöll Fire Protection Solutions Group utmärkelsen Open Company från Kununu sommaren 2019. Företag som klassas som ”Open Companies” anses vara proaktiva i sina förehavanden med Kununu. De uppmuntrar sina anställda att betygsätta deras företag, kommentera betyg som avgetts och ge en skymt av företagens dagliga verksamheter.
