Detailed preliminary planning optimises the level of pre-fabrication, enabling us to avoid time-consuming and unnecessary operations on the customer's premises. Precision is ensured by our computerised installation and production drawings, parts lists, work plans, picking lists and delivery notes – all complying with national and international standards. Your project manager will inform you in good time of any changes and will discuss all the details with you.

Our own production operation in Sarstedt helps ensure flexibility on site and short installation times. It enables us to maximise pre-fabrication and rely on our own resources rather than being dependent on suppliers. We are there for our customers every step of the way – from consultancy to installation and far beyond. Thanks to our nationwide presence, a service hotline and the fact that we are on call 24 hours a day, we can be on the spot in no time at all. Our branches’ service vehicles carry a range of common spare parts, and additional replacement parts are always in stock. Detailed archiving of all the relevant system data also ensures short response times.
